Who are we ....

2023 is for a special year, our campsite exists 30 years!
Jan Jacob's parents once started the campsite, after which we took over in 2007, see the newspaper article click here.
In addition to the campsite, we also have an apartment called "Het Gasthuis", which has been completely modernized in 2020. We rent the apartment all year round, with the exception of the month of March because of the lammery, then our interns stay here.

But that's not all we do. There are activities on the farm all year round. For example, we grow seed potatoes, onions, grass seed, grain and sugar beets.
You also regularly see us passing by with the sheep to shear them (see film below) or, for example, to trim their hooves.

Our daughters Marieke (2005) and Rianne (2008) are happy to help with the work on and around the farm.
Marieke is now studying European Studies at the Uva in Amsterdam and Rianne is doing the Mavo in Den Burg.
We ourselves can always be found on or around the farm, busy with anything and everything.
